Vanilla Turmeric Fat Bombs



These fat bombs make a delicious lunch when you are rushing around and just want something to fill you up in the middle of the day. I also pack these for an afternoon snack.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Bulletproof Vanilla Shortbread Collagen Protein Bar

  • 2 ounces coconut flakes, unsweetened

  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

  • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric

  • ½ ounce filtered water


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine protein bar, coconut, ginger and turmeric together in a blender and process until mixed well.

  2. Add water and mix until a doughy consistency forms 3. Remove dough and roll into small balls. Coat in more coconut and chill before serving.
